Samiyyah Ganga

Ms. Ganga is a partner at Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers.

Ms. Ganga obtained her Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School where she had an exemplary academic record, mooted competitively, and won prizes. Her practice is focused on defending sexual assault and domestic assault allegations where she has experienced enviable success. Ms. Ganga has also successfully defended homicide allegations and complex drug projects with Weisberg Law. 

Research & Volunteering

She has worked on criminal law research projects for the Canadian Muslim Lawyers’ Association, the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and the Social Science and Humanities Research Council.  Ms. Ganga volunteers her time being part of the Women’s Committee and Diversity Committee at the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.
