Adam Weisberg

Mr. Weisberg is a graduate of the Queen’s University Faculty of Law and has been a criminal lawyer for over twenty years. He was selected through a peer reviewed process by Best Lawyers for Criminal Defence.  Mr. Weisberg is a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute.  He has been admitted to the Litigation Counsel of America’s Order of Justitia and Order of Certus for completing over 100 jury and bench trials with significant appellate experience.

Mr. Weisberg started his career at a national business law firm. He then practised with a highly regarded senior member of the criminal bar before becoming a partner at what was then Canada’s largest criminal law firm. In 2010, having his own vision for a criminal law firm, he started Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers.

The Law Society of Upper Canada recognized Mr. Weisberg’s expertise in criminal law when they deemed him a Specialist in Criminal Law. Mr. Weisberg is also a member of the Complex Case Rate Panel, a government initiative to keep leading counsel involved in complicated murder cases.
