Bakul Misra

Ms. Misra is an Associate Lawyer at Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers.

Prior to joining Weisberg Law, she articled at a full-service law firm in Toronto, where she concentrated on litigation and played a key role in advocating for a diverse range of clients, including both corporations and individuals.

Ms. Misra earned her J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where she achieved notable academic success, including receiving a course prize in Constitutional Law and being named to the Dean’s List. She also served as President of the Queen’s Criminal Law Club. Her passion for working in criminal defence was strengthened by her work as a case worker at the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic, where she provided legal services to federally incarcerated individuals, represented them at disciplinary court, and assisted with their parole files.

Before law school, Ms. Misra obtained her B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, at York University.
